Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card, debit card and cheque payment. All card payments are processed on a secure site via Secure Trading. All cheque payments are to be made payable to'The Emporium'.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In this case we would contact you and offer you an alternative (if applicable) giving you the choice to change or cancel your order.
Please note that the colours of all products may vary slightly from that shown.

The rates for our postage and packing are as follows:
0 grams - 100 grams £1.29
100 grams - 200 grams £1.69
200 grams - 300 grams £1.99
300 grams - 400 grams £2.29
400 grams - 500 grams £2.59
500 grams - 600 grams £2.99
600 grams - 700 grams £3.29
700 grams - 800 grams £3.40
800 grams - 1 kg £3.50
1kg - 1.5kg £4.95
2kg & Over £7.95
The above prices are only applicable when we can get one complete order in one parcel which is being delivered to one address. We aim to have all orders delivered to you within 2 - 5 working days once despatched.
Please note : Some of our heavier items have to be shipped separately and therefore postage and packing prices will be charged twice.
WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK.
Delivery Schedule
We will despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order should reach you within 3 - 5 working days once despatched.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
The prices of the goods will always include VAT at the ruling rate.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
